OD (Latin for Oculus Dextrus) corresponds to the right eye, and it is OS (Oculus Sinister) corresponds to the left eye.
The SPH is the sphere, and it corresponds to nearsightedness or farsightedness depending on the power. If the power is positive, the correction will be for farsightedness (short distance vision), and if it has a negative power, it indicates that the correction is for nearsightedness (long distance vision).
The Cylinder or degree of astigmatism (CYL on your prescription) is a common deviation, wherein the eye has a slightly oval shape instead of circular. This may cause a field of your vision to be blurry, stretched or deformed in one direction. This is easy to correct with OQ lenses.
The Axis indicates the angle of astigmatism. On your prescription this will be referred to as AXI or AXIS.
The Addition (ADD) corresponds the strength necessary to correct presbyopia, and it should has a positive power.
